Indomobil Multi Jasa's cash dividend increases 100%
JAKARTA. PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk (IMJS), a financial services company owned by the Salim Group, will distribute a higher cash dividend for the 2022 financial year, namely IDR 0.5 per share.
Maureen Oktarita, Corporate Secretary of IMJS, conveyed the plan in accordance with the results of the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) which was held at the end of last June. At the meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate as much as IDR 4.32 billion from net profit for the 2022 financial year as cash dividends.
Cash dividends will be given to IMJS shareholders, whose names are recorded in the register of shareholders on July 11, 2023. Cash dividend payments will be made on August 2, 2023.
According to idnfinancials.com data, IMJS posted a net profit of IDR 145 billion in the 2022 financial year. At the end of the year, the company had a retained earnings balance of IDR 788.58 billion and total equity of IDR 4.42 trillion.
Currently, 91.97% of IMJS shares are controlled by PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk (IMAS). The public investor owns 8.03% of the shares and a small portion of the shares is owned by PT Indomobil Manajemen Corpora. (KR/LM)
