JAKARTA - PT Jasa Berdikari Logistics Tbk (LAJU) realized IDR 31.95 billion in proceeds from the initial public offering (IPO) until the first semester of 2023. The net proceeds from the IPO which took place on June 27 2023 were recorded at IDR 62.02 billion.

In the disclosure of information quoted on Friday (14/7), James Budiarto, President Director of LAJU conveyed details of the realization of the IPO results namely, to pay off land in Bekasi IDR 9.77 billion, to pay off shop houses (Ruko) in Alam Sutera Tangerang IDR 3.93 billion, and the purchase of 25 units of vehicles IDR 10.27 billion.

The remaining funds amounted to IDR 38.04 billion which is planned to be used as working capital. The funds are kept in current accounts and time deposits at OCBC NISP for a period of one month. A total of IDR 45.82 million was deposited in a current account with an interest of 1.75% and IDR 38 billion was deposited in a time deposit with an interest of 2.75%. (LK/LM)
