JAKARTA - PT Puridelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS), the owner of Delta Mas Industrial Zone, scored IDR 600 billion of net profit in H1 2023, also recording a net profit margin of 61.93%. In the same period last year, this issuer collected profit of IDR 660.7 billion.

Tondy Suwanto, Director of DMAS, said that the company booked revenue of IDR 969 billion, IDR 736 billion of which was brought in by the industrial segment. Then, the residential segment contributed IDR 176 billion, followed by the commercial segment of IDR 44 billion, while the remainder was covered by the rental and hotel segment.

In 2022, the company scored IDR 1.06 trillion of revenue, with the contributors consisting of the industrial segment of IDR 859.02 billion, residential segment of IDR 22.71 billion, and commercial segment of IDR 176.35 billion. The rental and hotel segments both brought in IDR 4.32 billion and IDR 4.65 billion.

According to Suwanto, the data centre, household equipment, and automotive/auto-related were the top contributors of the revenue.

Furthermore, this issuer gathered gross profit of IDR 667 billion, declining from IDR 755 billion. The gross profit margin was at 68.82%, shifting from IDR 29.24 billion. Other income sources reportedly brought in IDR 70 billion, proliferating 294% from the same period in 2022 of IDR 18 billion. (LK/ZH)
