Samudera Indonesia to issue sukuk ijarah of IDR 550 billion
JAKARTA. PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk (SMDR), a marine transportation service operating since 1964, issues its Shelf-Registration Sukuk Ijarah I Phase I Year 2023 with a total principal of IDR 550 billion.
This sukuk ijarah is a part of a bigger public offering program of Shelf-Registration Sukuk Ijarah I of SMDR. The target of this sukuk public offering is projected to reach IDR 2 trillion.
In this phase I issuance, SMDR offers sukuk ijarah in two series with a total principal of IDR 210.83 billion for series A and IDR 339.17 billion for series B. The annual ijarah yield instalment set for series A is IDR 14.65 billion, while series B will give out IDR 32.05 billion.
The ijarah yield payment for each series is set to once every three months. Meanwhile, the tenor for series A is 370 days, while series B is 5 years.
For this sukuk ijarah issuance, SMDR has assigned PT Mandiri Sekuritas and PT Sucor Sekuritas as its underwriter. The public offering will last today (28/7), while the listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) follows on August 3, 2023. (KR/ZH)
