Pegadaian eyes IDR 2.67 trillion of fresh funds in bonds and sukuk issuance
JAKARTA. PT Pegadaian (Persero), a state-owned pawnbroker, will issue bonds and sukuk with a total principal of IDR 2.67 trillion.
Approximately IDR 2.43 trillion will be issued through Shelf-Registration Bonds V of Pegadaian Phase IV Year 2023, while the remaining IDR 235.05 billion will be issued through Shelf-Registration Sukuk Mudharabah II of Pegadaian Phase IV Year 2023.
The bonds issued by Pegadaian will be offered in 2 series: series A of IDR 2.2 trillion and series B of IDR 228 billion. The coupon attached to each series is 5.90% per annum.
Meanwhile, the sukuk issued by Pegadaian will be offered limited to 1 series with a floating yield.
The public offering of upcoming bonds and sukuk of Pegadaian will take place on August 18-21, 2023. Then, the distribution of bonds and sukuk mudharabah will follow on August 24, 2023, concluded with the listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on August 25, 2023.
In this issuance of bonds and sukuk, Pegadaian will assign 5 security companies as underwriters. They are PT BCA Sekuritas, PT BNI Sekuritas, PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, and PT Indo Premier Sekuritas. (KR/ZH)
