JAKARTA - PT Selaras Citra Nusantara Perkasa Tbk (SCNP) reassigns 20% of its portion in PT Onesteel Medikal Perkasa (OMP) to PT One Ject Indonesia (OJI) and PT Roman Cipta Karya (RCK). OMP is engaged in the medical tool and device industry and located in Bogor, West Java.

Tumpal Sihombing, Corporate Secretary of Selaras Citra Nusantara Perkasa, claimed that the stock portion transfer is related to the plan of enhancing production of domestic medical devices (lit. alat kesehatan dalam negeri/AKD) of Non-Invasive Vascular Analyzer (NIVA). “AKD NIVA has entered the commercialisation phase, and will increase its production to meet the market demand,” he said in the information disclosure quoted Friday (18/8).

AKD NIVA is an early detector of cardiovascular diseases. The increase of AKD production is expected to go in accordance with the partnership with major medical device distributors in Indonesia.

SCNP’s portion in OMP is equal to 23,000 shares worth IDR 2.3 billion. OJI and RCK receive 1.15 million shares each worth IDR 1.15 billion. (LK/ZH)
