JAKARTA - PT Prima Globalindo Logistik Tbk (PPGL) increased its share portion by 1.86% in PT Armada Berjaya Trans Tbk (JAYA) in two transactions last week. The issuer's investment value is around IDR 1.97 billion.

Darmawan Suryadi SM, President Director of PT Prima Globalindo Logistik Tbk (PPGL) said that 14.8 million shares were transacted at prices of IDR 133 and IDR 134 per share. "A total of 4.9 million shares were transacted at a purchase price of IDR 133 and 9.9 million shares at a price of IDR 134 million," he said as quoted from an information disclosure, Monday (21/8).

The purchase of 4.9 million shares at a price of IDR 133, if accumulated for IDR 651.70 million and 9.9 million shares at IDR 134 per share, the value is IDR 1.32 billion.

After the transaction, PPGL's ownership in Jaya became 42.61% or 339.02 million from 40.75% or 324.22 million shares.

As of 31 July 2023, the number of JAYA shares was recorded at 795.63 million with an owner structure including PPGL 40.75%, Darmawan Suryadi SM 18.29%, Jap Astrid Patricia 6.89%, and the public 34.07%.

Between JAYA and PPGL there is an affiliation because they have the same share owners. As of July 2023, the number of PPGL shares was 771.17 billion with the ownership structure including Darmawan Suryadi SM 52.01%, Jap Astrid Patricia 22.12%, Suryawarni Surli 5.03%, and the public 20.84%. (LK/LM)
