Charlie Hospital Semarang sets IPO price to IDR 115 per share
JAKARTA. PT Charlie Hospital Semarang Tbk (RSCH) has named the offering price for its initial public offering (IPO) shares to IDR 115 per share.
It is right in the middle of the price range set in the book building, which starts from IDR 105 to IDR 125 per share. With said offering price, the company might potentially raise fresh funds of up to IDR 60.95 billion at the end of this corporate action.
The public offering of RSCH’s shares will take place from August 22 to 24, 2023. Then, the electronic distribution of shares will follow on August 25, 2023, before finally being listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on August 28, 2023.
As mentioned in the IPO prospectus, RSCH plans to allocate 48.92% of IPO proceeds to finish off the construction of Charlie Hospital Demak. Then, another 50.47% will be allocated to purchase medical devices, leaving the remaining 0.61% for working capital.
For its IPO, RSCH has appointed PT Shinhan Sekuritas Indonesia as lead underwriter, while PT Elit Sukses Sekuritas will step in as underwriter. (KR/ZH)
