JAKARTA. PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA), through one of its subsidiaries, has issued global bonds worth SGD 50 million in Singapore.

Amelia Allen, Head of Legal & Corporate Secretary of ERAA, said that these securities will be issued through one of its subsidiaries, Erajaya Digital Pte. Ltd. For the record, Erajaya Digital is a subordinate company of ERAA through Erajaya Holding Pte. Ltd.

“Erajaya Digital is a private company established under Singapore law,” Allen mentioned in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

The coupon for the global bond is set to 4.5%, while the payment will be made every 6 months until August 24, 2026.

“The purpose of the transaction is to fund capital expenditure and investment in companies in Singapore and Malaysia,” she clarified.

The global bond is guaranteed by Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility (CGIF), an institution established as trust fund by Asian Development Bank (ADB). Meanwhile, the lead underwriters for this global bond are Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) Pte. and DBS Bank Ltd.

Allen added that the global bonds issued by Erajaya Digital has secured an “AA” rating from Standard & Poor’s (S&P). (KR/ZH)
