Mandiri Tunas Finance to issue bonds of IDR 1.13 trillion
JAKARTA. PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF), a subsidiary of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) engaged in the financing sector, will issue Shelf-Registration Bonds VI Phase II Year 2023 with a total principal of IDR 1.13 trillion.
These securities are a part of a Public Offering Program of Shelf-Registration Bonds VI of MTF with a total target of IDR 5 trillion. Previously, MTF had issued first-phase bonds of IDR 691.74 billion.
For this second phase, MTF will issue bonds in two series, consisting of series A of IDR 804.17 billion and series B of IDR 326.94 billion.
The coupon offered for series A bonds is 6.50% per annum with a tenor of 3 years. Meanwhile, the coupon offered for series B is 6.75% per year with a tenor of 5 years.
MTF has named PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, and PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM) as its underwriters, while PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) is named as a trustee.
The upcoming public offering of bonds is set to September 21-22, 2023, while the listing on the stock exchange is scheduled to follow on September 29, 2023. (KR/ZH)
