JAKARTA. Several subsidiaries of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) are known to have signed an amendment of a credit facility agreement granted by MUFG Bank Ltd, Jakarta Branch.

Monalisa Irawan, Corporate Secretary of MUFG, said that in said amended agreement, it was agreed that PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk (SUPR) will be added into the list of debtors. Previously, in the initial agreement, the listed debtors include PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) and PT Iforte Solusi Infotek (Iforte).

In addition to this, the amended agreement also agreed upon extra amount of loan, now reaching IDR 1.35 trillion. This credit facility, Irawan added, will be used for general corporate needs. “However, it will not be limited to working capital and refinancing purposes,” she further explained.

“Protelindo, Iforte, and SUPR will be jointly responsible for the implementation of all obligations stated in the facility agreement,” added Irawan.

According to IDNFinancials data, TOWR recorded cash and bank of IDR 485.82 billion in June 2023. Its total assets clocked up to IDR 66.39 trillion, while its total equity was worth IDR 15.15 trillion. (KR/ZH)
