JAKARTA - PT Eastparc Hotel Tbk (EAST) pocketed a profit of IDR 25.83 billion in the third quarter of 2023, growing 29.19% from the same period in 2022 of IDR 19.99 billion. This achievement is in line with revenue growth.

Based on the Financial Report for the Third Quarter of 2023 quoted on Tuesday (17/10), this issuer's revenue was recorded at IDR 75.36 billion, growing 24.78% from the same period in 2022 of IDR 60.39 billion. All revenue segments contributed to revenue growth, including rooms IDR 49.09 billion, up from IDR 39.06 billion, food and beverage IDR 24.15 billion, up from IDR 19.75 billion, and others IDR 2.12 billion, growing from IDR 1.57 billion.

Gross profit was recorded at IDR 55.10 billion, up from IDR 44.07 billion and operating profit at IDR 32.05 billion, up from IDR 24.44 billion. And, profit before tax was IDR 31.87 billion, up from IDR 24.44 billion.

EAST's achievements in the third quarter of 2023 exceed performance before the COVID-19 pandemic. In the same period in 2019, this issuer's revenue was IDR 44.67 billion, fell to IDR 24.17 billion in 2020, rose to IDR 30.36 billion, and rose almost 100% to IDR 60.39 billion in 2022.

Meanwhile, profit in the third quarter of 2023 was recorded at IDR 4.39 billion, dropping to IDR 603 million in the same period in 2020, rising to IDR 4.48 billion in 2021, and soaring to IDR 19.99 billion in 2022. (LK/LM)
