JAKARTA. PT Humpus Maritim Internasional Tbk (HUMI), one of publicly listed subsidiaries of PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk (HITS), has divested one of its assets, Semar 81 Tug Boat.

Said boat is directly owned by PT Baraka Alam Sari, a subsidiary of HUMI. The divestment value is USD 3.3 million.

“The purchasing party is PT Garuda Nusantara Pacific,” confirmed Tirta Hidayat, President Director of HUMI, in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Hidayat then mentioned that the purchasing party is unaffiliated with HUMI. Furthermore, it is not a material transaction as the value does not exceed 20% of the company’s total equity.

According to IDNFinancials data, as of now, 76.50% of HUMI is directly under the control of HITS. HUMI started being listed publicly on the stock exchange after conducting its initial public offering (IPO) on August 9, 2023, by collecting fresh funds of IDR 270.7 billion. (KR/ZH)
