BBRI to issue long-term notes with principal of IDR 59.49 billion
JAKARTA. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) has issued securities in the form of Long Term Notes (LTN), with a total principal of IDR 59.49 billion.
These securities are issued under the title LTN Issued Without Public Offering of BBRI II Year 2023. According to the official statement of Indonesia Central Security Depository (KSEI), these securities are registered under code ISIN IDH000075704.
The coupon offered for this LTN is 0.55% per annum, while the tenor is set to 159 months.
BBRI appoints PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas as the arranger in LTN issuance. The LTN will then be traded and transferred per unit worth IDR 5 billion.
According to IDNFinancials data, BBRI recorded quite a solid amount of assets of IDR 1,805 trillion as of June 30, 2023. Meanwhile, its equity was recorded at IDR 298.49 trillion. (KR/ZH)
