JAKARTA. PT Paramita Bangun Sarana Tbk (PBSA), a building construction company, announces the distribution of interim dividend of IDR 120 billion or IDR 40 per share.

Vincentius Susanto, President Director of PBSA, mentioned that said plan is in line with the decision of the board of directors. “It had also been approved by the board of commissioners on October 26, 2023,” he added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Interim dividend will be given to shareholders of PBSA whose names have been listed under Official Register of Shareholders by November 9, 2023. The interim dividend payment will then be made on November 29, 2023.

According to IDNFinancials data, PBSA recorded net profit of IDR 68.13 billion throughout January-September 2023. The company also held onto its unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 109.38 billion and total equity of IDR 593.51 billion. (KR/ZH)
