FMII to allocate bonus shares worth IDR 327.90 billion
JAKARTA - PT Fortune Mate Indonesia Tbk (FMII) will distribute bonus shares from shares premium capitalisation worth IDR 327.90 billion. Bonus shares consist of 3.27 billion units worth IDR 100 each.
Agustinus Agus Sunarto, Corporate Secretary of FMII, mentioned that the bonus shares distribution ratio is set to 1:1.05063, meaning that owning one share is entitled to 1,05063 bonus shares. “Bonus shares with over 0.5 decimal point will be rounded up, while below 0.5 decimal point will be rounded down,” he explained in the minutes of General Meeting of Shareholders quoted today (31/10).
GMS was held last week (27/10) and met the quorum, with the attendance of shareholders representing 2.74 billion shares or 87.87% of total valid votes of 3.12 billion shares issued by FMII.
As of September 2022, the shareholder structure of FMII consists of PT Surya Mega (SM) of 46.67%, Tjandra Mindharta and Teddy Gunawan of 20.6% each, and the public of 12.13%.
The distribution of bonus shares refers to Financial Statement as of Jule 31, 2023, which recorded paid-up capital worth IDR 312 billion and total equity of IDR 622.20 billion.
Yesterday (30/10), 23,700 units of FMII’s shares were being traded within 21 transactions worth a total of IDR 14.05 million. It was closed at IDR 590 per share, after peaking at IDR 600 and weakening at IDR 585 per share. (LK/ZH)
