JAKARTA. PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO), a property developer owned by PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), is committed to complete the Westown View apartment construction this year.

Said residential project in Surabaya is projected to have 44 floors. Up until today, the apartment construction has made it to 42nd level.

Afrilia Pratiwi, VP Corporate Secretary of PPRO, mentioned that the process of this apartment construction had been initiated in the beginning of this year. “Westown View Apartment is projected to hold its Ceremonial Topping Off of La Chiva Tower at the end of this year,” she added in the official release.

PPRO itself seems optimistic about attainting the target of unit sales of Westown View Apartment this year. The company is aiming for unit handover to take place in 2024.

For the record, Westown View Apartment is handled by PPRO’s subsidiary, PT PPRO Sampurna Jaya. This residential project will be equipped with supporting facilities, including beach garden, infinity pool, sky gym, playground, and commercial areas to purchase daily needs. (KR/ZH)
