JAKARTA - PT Soho Global Health Tbk (SOHO) will distribute interim dividend of IDR 250.02 billion for the fiscal year 2023. It is higher than the amount given in 2022 and equal to interim dividend in 2021.

Yuliana Tjhai, Senior Executive Vice President of SOHO, mentioned that interim dividend allocation is made based on financial data as of September 2023, which recorded net profit reaching IDR 270 billion, retained earnings of IDR 726.81 billion, and total equity of IDR 2.54 trillion.

The interim dividend distribution will take place on November 27, 2023. It will be given to investors listed in the Official Register of Shareholders as of November 14, 2023. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to November 10 and 13, 2023, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market follows on November 14-15, 2023.

The dividend per share is set to IDR 197, and will be disbursed to shareholders representing 1,269,168,239 shares. However, if the Interim dividend was disbursed once the 1:10 stock split completes said IDR 197 will be disbursed to shareholders representing 2,691,682,390 shares.

On November 4, 2022, SOHO distributed interim dividend of IDR 149.76 billion or IDR 118 per share. Said distribution was made referring to June 2022 financial statement consisting net profit of IDR 193.37 billion, retained earnings of IDR 579.13 billion, and total equity of IDR 2.39 trillion.

On August 27, 2021, SOHO also distributed interim dividend of IDR 250.02 billion or IDR 197 per share. Its net profit at the end of Q2 2021 was IDR 282.87 billion, while its retained earnings and total equity were recorded at IDR 365.86 billion and IDR 2.18 trillion. (LK/ZH)
