DMMX to raise investments in Digital Maxima Indonesia
JAKARTA. PT Digital Mediatama Maxima Tbk (DMMX) has increased its stock ownership in PT Digital Maxima Indonesia (DMI) through extra paid-up capital of IDR 1.17 billion.
Budasto Kusuma, President Director of DMMX, confirmed that the additional capital investment in DMI was channelled on November 6, 2023. With this extra capital, he added, “the stock portion in DMI is now 99.49%.”
Kusuma mentioned that increased investment of DMMX in DMI is intended to support business activities of the company. “It is in order to generate revenue, and carried out routinely, recurrently, and/or sustainably,” he added.
Based on IDNFinancials data, DMMX used to own 50.51% of DMI’s shares. Then, according to the latest financial report, DMI is a business entity that has been commercially operating since 2019 and now has total assets of IDR 154.01 billion.
