JAKARTA. PT Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Tbk (DEPO) and one of its subsidiaries, PT Mega Depo Indonesia (MDI), has scored a credit facility with a total value of IDR 350 billion from PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) or BNI.

Out of the total credit ceiling, IDR 100 billion might be used by MDI. However, should MDI not utilise it, the entire facility can be used by DEPO.

The credit given by BNI consists of a R/C working capital credit facility with a limit of IDR 50 billion, then, investment credit facility is set to a maximum of IDR 300 billion, while the treasury line clocked up to USD 45 thousand, equal to approximately IDR 720 million.

Several assets guaranteed by DEPO and MDI for this credit facility include land and building of Depo Bangunan Alam Sutera and Bogor, as well as fiduciary guarantee for Alam Sutera outlet’s inventories worth IDR 50 billion.

The management of DEPO said that this credit facility will be utilised as extra working capital and capital expenditure. “In order to support operational activities and business expansion of the company,” said the management of DEPO in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
