JAKARTA. PT Waskita Karya Realty (WKR), a subsidiary of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT), has channelled a loan facility of IDR 4 billion to one of its affiliates, PT Waskita Fim Perkasa Realty (WFPR).

The management of WSKT confirmed that both parties signed a loan agreement on November 14, 2023. In said contract, the facility is equipped with an interest rate of 14.5% per year and a tenor of 3 years.

“The transaction is an affiliate transaction as WKR is a subsidiary of WSKT, which owns 99.99% of WKR, and WFPR is a subsidiary of WKR,” said the management of WSKT in an official release.

On the same occasion, the management of WSKT said that this affiliate transaction is set to meet financing needs of WFPR. “With this shareholder loan from WKR to WFPR, we expect WFPR could optimise its performance and grant added value to the company,” added the management.

According to IDNFinancials data, WKR and WFPR are companies engaged in the property sector. WKR recorded total assets of IDR 6 trillion as of September 30, 3034, while WFPR recorded IDR 1.33 trillion worth of assets. (KR/ZH)
