JAKARTA. PT Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya Tbk (SRAJ), the managing company of Mayapada Hospital, has introduced a new subsidiary called PT Sejahtera Karunia Semesta (SKS).

Arie Farisandi, Corporate Secretary of SRAJ, said that the establishment of this new subsidiary aims to support the core business of the company. “It is in order to fund new hospital expansion located in Jakarta,” he added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Farisandi then revealed that SKS is formed with an authorised capital of IDR 4 billion, as well as issued and paid-up capital of IDR 1 billion. Approximately IDR 990 million or 99% of SKS’s issued and paid-up capital are taken over by SRAJ, while the remaining 1%, worth IDR 10 million, goes to Jonathan Tahir.

According to IDNFinancials data, SRAJ recorded cash and cash equivalent of IDR 593.52 billion as of September 2023. Its total assets clocked up to IDR 5.62 trillion, while total equity reached IDR 1.86 trillion. (KR/ZH)
