Three subsidiaries of TAPG sets up interim dividend of IDR 88.41 billion
JAKARTA. Several subsidiaries under PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk (TAPG) have distributed interim dividend with a total value of IDR 88.41 billion.
Joni Tjeng, Corporate Secretary of TAPG, said that there are three subsidiaries that give interim dividend to the company. Those three include PT Sukses Karya Mandiri (SKM), PT First Lamandau Timber International (FLTI), and PT Natura Pasific Nusantara (NPN).
Said interim dividend distribution follows the decision made by shareholders of SKM, FLTI, and NPN on November 27, 2023. “It had been decided that there will be interim dividend distribution,” Tjeng said in the official disclosure.
The interim dividend distributed by SKM to TAPG is IDR 16.01 billion, followed by FTI’s dividend submission of IDR 30.6 billion, and NPN of IDR 41.8 billion.
“It has no material impact regarding the interim dividend distribution of the company’s subsidiaries,” Tjeng added.
According to IDNFinancials data, TAPG scored revenue of IDR 6.04 trillion as of September 30, 2023, resulting in net profit of IDR 1.1 trillion. (KR/ZH)
