JAKARTA – Closing the year 2023, PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM), a manufacturer of machine and automotive spare parts, reported extra dividend income from its subsidiary.

The subsidiary in question is Bradke Synergies Sdn Bhd, a private limited company based in Malaysia that was established in 2005.

According to official website of SMSM, Bradke Synergies is a holding company that carries several subsidiaries engaged in the filter production, machinery supply for SMSM, and the sole distributor of filter products of SMSM in Malaysia and Australia.

The additional dividend income from Bradke is MYR 1.2 million, which is equal to IDR 4.03 billion in total, using the currency exchange rate of IDR 3,360 per RM. (ZH)
