JAKARTA - PT Sejahtera Anugrahjaya Tbk (SRAJ), the issuer that manages Mayapada Hospital, introduced two new subsidiaries, PT Anugrah Inti Bahagia (AIB) and PT Anugrahsukses Utama Sejahtera (AUS), to support its business activities.

According to the official broadcast, AIB was officially established on December 30, 2023, while the formation of AUS was ratified on January 3, 2024.

Based on the disclosure of information quoted today (4/1), AIB and AUS each have authorized capital of IDR 4 billion. Then, SRAJ also paid the same amount of capital into the two new subsidiaries, namely IDR 1 billion.

Not only is the capital structure the same, AIB and AUS also have the same shareholder structure. SRAJ took over 99% of AIB and AUS shares worth IDR 990 million each. Meanwhile, Jonathan Tahir, President Commissioner of SRAJ, claimed the remaining 1%, equivalent to IDR 10 million each.

"The formation of this subsidiary entity has no material impact and does not have a conflict of interests," said Arie Frisandi, Corporate Secretary of SRAJ, via the Indonesian Stock Exchange yesterday (3/1).

The aim of establishing these two new subsidiaries is to support SRAJ's main activities, especially related to its plans to develop a new hospital. (ZH/LM)
