JAKARTA - SBI Holdings Inc (SHI) has increased its direct ownership portion in PT Venteny Fortuna International Tbk (VNTY). Prior to this, SBI has secured VTNY’s shares through Fintech Business Innovation LPS (FBI) of 9.88%.

Based on the data compiled by IDNFinancials today (4/1), SHI has gradually acquired VTNY’s shares within 3 transactions since the end of 2023. As of now, its portion is recorded at 1.26% or 79.23 million shares from the previous 1.01% or 63.12 million shares. The transaction took place on December 27, 2023, amounting to IDR 5.07 billion.

In November 2023, VTNY’s shares are 6.26 billion, with shareholder structure consisting of Carta Holdings Inc. of 21.06%, Ocean Capital Inc. of 11.1%, FBI of 9.88%, KK Investment Holdings Pte. of 8.88%, Relo Club Limited of 7.51%, Junichiro Waide of 20.85%, and the public of 0.19%.

Approximately 20.73% of VTNY are owned by controlling shareholders, while non-controllers claim the remaining 79.15%. (LK/ZH)
