CSAP to invest IDR 79.92 billion for consumer goods’ distribution
JAKARTA. PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk (CSAP) has raised capital investment for PT Catur Sentosa Anugerah (CSAN) worth IDR 79.2 billion.
This capital investment is given alongside CSAN’s capital increase of IDR 80 billion. Then, 99% of said added capital are taken over by the company according to its rightful portion, while Budyanto Totong chips in another IDR 800 million.
After securing this extra capital, CSAN then also increase the capital of PT Catur Sentosa Adiprima (CSAD) worth IDR 79.92 billion. CSAD also gains another portion of extra capital from Budyanto Totong worth IDR 79 million.
“It is in order to fulfil CSAD’s working capital needs so that it could distribute consumer goods, including foods, beverages, and other daily usage products,” said Surjati Tanril, Director of CSAP, in the official disclosure.
According to IDNFinancials data, CSAP recorded total cash and cash equivalent of IDR 146.09 billion as of June 2023. Its total assets were recorded at IDR 9.72 trillion, and the total equity reached IDR 2.54 trillion. (KR/ZH)
