JAKARTA - PT Hensel Davest Indonesia Tbk (HDIT) is left by its director and commissioner, taking effect starting today (5/1). This resignation has waited for decision made during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

In the information disclosure, the resigned director and commissioner are Steven Thenu and Ferdiana Tjahyadi, who also serves as the corporate secretary of HDIT. Adikin Basirun, Commissioner of HDIT, also resigned.

Until now, the replacement for resigning director and commissioner of HDIT has yet to be announced. On the other hand, Riska Handayani will step in as corporate secretary, a position formerly held by Tjahyadi.

As of now, the Board of Directors of HDIT only consists of Edwin Hosan, President Director of HDIT. The Board of Commissioners of HDIT consists of Hendra David, President Commissioner of HDIT, and Ida Bagus Putu Sinarbawa. (LK/ZH)
