Batavia Prosperindo Trans to secure credit facility of IDR 65 billion from BCA
JAKARTA. PT Batavia Prosperindo Trans Tbk (BPTR), one of subsidiaries of PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk (BPII), has obtained a credit facility from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA).
Rudi Setiadi Tjahjono, President Director of BPII, said that his party has signed a guarantee over the credit received by BPTR. The guarantee submitted is in the form of BPII's willingness to pay, cover, or be responsible of cash inadequacy, thus allowing BPTR to pay off its obligations to creditor.
"The value of the company's guarantee regarding the credit facility obtained by BPTR from the Bank is IDR 185.07 billion or approximately 12.58% of total audited consolidated equity of the company," said Tjahjono in the official release.
As of September 30, 2023, BPII recorded total assets of IDR 3.52 trillion. Meanwhile, the total equity reached IDR 1.64 trillion.
According to IDNFinancials data, BPTR is a business entity engaged in the transportation service industry, and is based in Jakarta. Its total assets were recorded at IDR 1.19 trillion. (KR/ZH)
