JAKARTA - Asep Sulaeman Sabanda (ASS) has resigned from his position as President Commissioner of PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk (BEBS) last week. The replacement of Sabanda has yet to be announced by the time this article is published.

 

Based on the information disclosure quoted Thursday (18/1), the number of BEBS’s shares was reported at 45 billion. The shareholders consist of PT Berkah Global Investama (BGI) of 31.29%, PT Pendanaan of 5.72%, ASS of 4.51%, Soewarso of 1.37%, Syed Zaid bin Ali Al Hadad of 0%, and the public of 57.01%.

Approximately 31.39% of its shares are owned by controlling shareholders, while non-controllers claim another 68.61%. The ultimate beneficial owner of controlling parties of BEBS are BGI and ASS.

Since the beginning of this week, BEBS has been stable at IDR 50 per share. Yesterday (17/1), the transaction volume hit 1,700 shares within 6 transactions worth IDR 85 thousand. (LK/ZH)
