Meepok Holdings divested portion to 3 rising investors
JAKARTA - Meepok Holdings Pte Ltd divested 14.5% of its shares in PT Aesler Grup Interanasional Tbk (RONY) for IDR 18.18 billion yesterday (17/1).
In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (18/1), Teny Siti Febryani, President Director of RONY, mentioned that after this divestment, Meepok’s portion is now down to 60.62 million shares, or 4.85%, from the total 242.5 million shares or 19.45% of total listed shares. The volume of traded shares is 181.87 million for IDR 100 each.
Meepok’s address is on 554 Havelock Road, Singapore. The buying parties of Meepok’s shares reportedly consist of PT Graha Metta Arya (GMA), PT Golden Flower Global Resources (GFGR), and Pohon Berkat Gemilang (PBG), owning 60.62 million shares each.
On December 31, 2023, RONY’s total shares were 1.25 billion, with shareholders structure consisting of PT Nakula Investama of 44%, PT Karimun Jawa Pratama of 36%, Meepok Holding Pte of 19.4%, and the public of 0.6%.
Meepok’s divestment to those three new investors used a price below yesterday’s (17/1) closing price at IDR 302 per share. The volume of transaction reached 57 thousand within 103 transactions worth IDR 17.60 million. (LK/ZH)
