DIVA still pockets 6.79% of IPO proceeds
JAKARTA - PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk (DIVA) still sets aside 6.79% of the proceeds of its initial public offering (IPO), which was totalled to IDR 612.14 billion. Most of the IPO proceeds, raised on November 27, 2018, was realised for working capital.
Septi Suryani, Corporate Secretary of DIVA, confirmed that the remaining IPO proceeds are IDR 41.59 billion, which now is saved in PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA). The interest rate of this deposit in BCA is set to 0.5% per annum.
The realised IPO proceeds are IDR 570.55 billion, which consists of working capital enhancement of IDR 367.13 billion, higher investment in technology sector of IDR 203.26 billion, and human capital resources development of IDR 155.25 million.
Prior to this, the IPO proceeds’ initial allocation plan consists of working capital enhancement of IDR 392.13 billion, higher investment in technology sector of IDR 219.85 billion, and human capital resources development of IDR 155.25 million.
For the record, DIVA booked revenue of IDR 2.83 trillion in Q3 2023, slipping from IDR 3.59 trillion in Q3 2022, as did its gross profit from IDR 79.77 billion to IDR 76.69 billion. The decline was severe in profit, in which DIVA scored current net loss of IDR 760.77 billion from the previous net profit of IDR 46.82 billion. (LK/ZH)
