YELO’s rights issue plan got shareholders’ approval
JAKARTA – The shareholders of PT Yelo Integra Datanet Tbk (YELO) approved the plan of the management to hold a rights issue during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) last week (18/1). Prior to this, the shareholders cannot grant their approval due to unmet quorum.
Rosi Diani, Corporate Secretary of YELO, mentioned that EGMS was joined by 731.53 million shares, or 38.24% of total shares with valid votes issued by the company. The quorum was met, and the approval rate of this capital raise with pre-emptive rights is 100%.
As of December 2023, the shares of YELO were recorded at 1.91 billion. The shareholders consist of PT Artalindo Semesta of 10.49% and the public of 89.51%. The controlling parties own 10.49%, while another 89.51% belong to non-controllers.
On January 8, 2024, EGMS failed to reach agreement regarding the rights issue plan due to unmet quorum. The previous meeting was attended only by 566.16 shares or 29.6% of total shares with valid votes issued by the company. (LK/ZH)
