JAKARTA - Jemmy Kurniawan increased his share ownership to 60% in PT Hetzer Medical Indonesia Tbk (MEDS) in a transaction last week (18/1). He is the final beneficiary of share ownership in MEDS.

In an information disclosure quoted on Monday (22/1), A. Padmono Budi Sanyoto, President Director of MEDS said that after the transaction the number of Jemmy shares became 937.5 million or 60% from the previous 562.5 million or 36% of the company's issued and fully paid capital. .

Jemmy bought the shares from Franciscus Rijadi, another shareholder in MEDS at a price of IDR 20 per share. The total transaction value is IDR 7.5 billion. Therefore, Franciscus' share ownership after divestment fell to 4% or 62.5 million from 28% or 437.5 million shares. The transaction was carried out below the closing share trading price on (18/1) of IDR 50 per share.

As of December 2023, Jemmy Kurniawan's share ownership is 36% of 1.56 billion, Franciscus Rijadi 28%, Padmono Budi Sanyoto and Fancy Marsiana each 4%, Herry 0.11%, and the public 27.89%. (LK/LM)
