Focusing on core business, Dosni Roha to divest 3 subsidiaries
JAKARTA. PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (ZBRA) has divested three of its subsidiaries to PT Infiniti Wahana (IW) to refocus its activities on its core business.
Ida Widayani, Corporate Secretary of ZBRA, said that those 3 divested subsidiaries are PT Zebra Energy (ZE), PT Surabaya Arthautama Bersama (SAB), and PT Infiniti Sentra Data (ISD). ZE is sold for IDR 9.21 billion, SAB for IDR 250 million, and ISD for IDR 1.
After this divestment, ZBRA will no longer have portions in those three subsidiaries. Prior to this, the company has 99% of shares in each subsidiary.
