Pyridam Farma eyes IDR 400 billion through bonds’ issuance
JAKARTA. PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA), a pharmaceutical company under Rejuve Global Investment, will issue its Shelf-Registration Bonds I of PYFA Phase III Year 2024, with a total principal of IDR 400 billion.
Said security is a part of a Public Offering of Shelf-Registration Bonds I of PYFA, aiming for total proceeds of IDR 1.2 trillion. Prior to this, the company had conducted the first and second phase of bonds’ issuance, with the principal totalling IDR 800 billion.
For this third-phase issuance, PYFA issues scripless bonds, which will be offered for 100% of total bonds’ principal. The coupon offered by the company is 9.50%, with a tenor of 2 years since emission date.
PYFA has assigned PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia and PT Sinarmas Sekuritas as its joint lead underwriters. Meanwhile, PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (BBKP) is named as the trustee.
The public offering of these bonds is set to February 19-20, 2024. The electronic distribution of bonds will then follow on February 23, 2024, while the listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is scheduled to take place on February 26, 2024. (KR/ZH)
