Arsjad Rasjid bags IDR 37.80 billion from divestment in Red Planet
JAKARTA - Moh Arsjad Rasjid Prabu Mangkuningrat has sold 7.3% of his shares in PT Red Planet Indonesia Tbk (PSKT) for IDR 37.80 billion last week (18/1). PSKT is the owner of Red Planet Hotels’ network.
In the information disclosure quoted Friday (26/1), Seandy Khusen, Corporate Secretary of Red Planet Indonesia, confirmed that Moh. ARP Mangkuningkrat has sold 756 million of his shares for IDR 50 each. His portion then shrinks to 2.32 billion (22.46%) from the initial 3.08 billion (29.77%) shares out of total listed shares of 10.35 billion.
Said transaction is carried out by Mangkuningrat, who resides at Bangka XI Street No.82, in order to adjust its portfolio allocation.
On the other hand, PT Trajective Mitra Indonesia (TMI) is known to have completed the acquisition of 756 million shares of PSKT yesterday (23/1).
As of December 2023, shareholders of PSKT consist of PT Crio Indonesia of 10%, PT Basis Utama Prima of 40%, Moh ARP Mangkuningrat of 40%, the public (scrip) of 1%, and scripless of 19%. The controllers owned 10% of shares, while non-controllers claimed the remaining 90%. (LK/ZH)
