JAKARTA - Hendarmin Agungsetya Purwanto divested all his shares in PT Arsy Buana Travelindo Tbk (HAJJ) worth IDR 14.7 billion in a transaction last week (25/1).

Agung Prabowo, Finance Director of HAJJ said that Hendarmin's share ownership after the transaction was nil from previously 5.14% or 117.61 million shares out of the total registered shares of 2.29 billion.

The share sales price was set at IDR 125 per share. This price was IDR 10 per share lower than the closing transaction price of IDR 135 per share on (25/1). The highest and lowest share prices for this issuer were traded at IDR 145 and IDR 135 per share, respectively.

The transaction volume was recorded at 1.45 million in 319 transactions worth IDR 202.05 million. Foreign sell and foreign buy were 168,200 and 81,000 shares respectively.

As of December 2023, the composition of HAJJ's shareholders includes, PT Madinah Iman Wisata 70%, Saipul Bahri 0.001%, Hendarmin Agungsetya 5.135%, and the public 24.86%. (LK/LM)
