JAKARTA – The performance PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) has consistently grown within these past three years. In 2023, the company sported growth in its net profit attributable to the parent entity of 77.16% year-on-year (yoy).

In the Financial Report 2023 quoted today (5/3), the company recorded net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 481.36 billion, significantly increasing from IDR 271.69 billion in 2022. Meanwhile, net profit attributed to non-controllers were seen at minus IDR 354.27 billion, lower than the profit of IDR 94.04 billion in 2022. Therefore, the current year’s profit totalled IDR 127.08 billion, down 65.25% from IDR 365.74 billion.

In 2023, PTPP’s revenue was also seen increasing 5.66% yoy to IDR 19.99 trillion from IDR 18.92 trillion in 2022. The gross profit was recorded at IDR 2.38 trillion, reportedly shifted 10.98% yoy down to IDR 2.67 trillion.

The construction service segment made the most contribution to total revenue, amounting to IDR 14.68 trillion, followed by engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of IDR 2.33 trillion, property and realty of IDR 2.24 trillion, financial assets from concession projects of IDR 304.39 billion, equipment rents of IDR 153.79 billion, energy of IDR 147.10 billion, toll revenue of IDR 68.30 billion, and precast of IDR 59.23 billion.
