SGER’s hydrogen peroxide plant of USD 50 million to enter construction stage
JAKARTA. The construction of hydrogen peroxide plant owned by PT Sumber Global Energy Tbk (SGER) has reportedly entered the construction stage.
Michael Harold, Corporate Secretary of SGER, mentioned that said factory is built by its subsidiary, PT Hidrogen Peroxida Indonesia (HPI). For this construction, HPI is pairing up with a contractor service provider, Nuberg Industries Limited.
“The total investment for this hydrogen peroxide factory reaches USD 50 million,” he added in the official statement.
SGER targets the completion of this factory construction in 22 months. In the future, the company will gain extra production capacity of up to 20 thousand metric tons (100% concentrate) or 40 thousand metric tons (50% concentrate) per annum.
According to IDNFinancials data, SGER reported cash and bank of IDR 395.04 billion as of September 30, 2023. Its total assets clocked up to IDR 2.69 trillion, while its equity was worth a total of IDR 1.34 trillion. (KR/ZH)
