SHIP’s subsidiary to secure facility of USD 32.85 million from Bank Mandiri
JAKARTA. PT Golden Benua Maritim (GBM), one of many subsidiaries of PT Sillomaritime Perdana Tbk (SHIP), has signed a credit facility agreement with PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI).
Herjati, President Director of SHIP, mentioned that said facility will be used to finance GBM’s vessel. The estimated value of this credit agreement agreed by GBM and BMRI is USD 32.85 million.
“Said transaction will directly support GBM’s business and operational activities,” Herjati said in the official statement.
According to IDNFinancials data, GBM is a company under SHIP established circa 2023. GBM is engaged in vessel transportation system, as well as ship rental.
The total portion of SHIP in GBM is 99%. GBM reported total assets before elimination of USD 8.68 million as of September 30, 2023. (KR/ZH)
