JAKARTA. PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk (PLIN), the developer of Plaza Indonesia and fX Sudirman shopping centres, booked net profit of IDR 613.27 billion throughout 2023, increasing 10% year-on-year (yoy).

Net profit growth went hand-in-hand with PLIN’s revenue trend, which clocked up to IDR 1.29 trillion in 2023. It rose as high as 18.5% yoy.

In addition, PLIN’s investment income in 2023 also proliferated 90% yoy to IDR 22.78 billion. Meanwhile, other income scored by the company was seen at IDR 25.23 billion, contrasting with last year’s performance, in which the company booked other losses of IDR 11.15 billion.

According to IDNFinancials data, most of PLIN’s income in 2023 was still dominated by shopping centre line, totalling income of IDR 648.07 billion. Meanwhile, hotel line contributed IDR 475.5 billion, followed by office spaces of IDR 175.68 billion.

Until the end of 2023, PLIN’s total assets were reported at IDR 12.24 trillion, while its total equity reached IDR 10.89 billion. (KR/ZH)
