JAKARTA. PT Buana Finance Tbk (BBLD), a consumer finance company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) since 1990, has signed a credit agreement with PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA).

The credit facility received by BBLD from BBCA is IDR 500 billion. The tenor agreed in the agreement is for 36 months, since the signing of the credit agreement which was carried out on March 19, 2024.

"The loan facility will be used for the company's working capital needs, namely providing Consumer Finance and Financial Lease loans," said Ahmad Khaetami, Corporate Secretary of BBLD, through an official statement.

According to idnfinancials.com data, previously BBLD had also received a credit facility from PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (BDMN). The credit facility received consisted of a Term Loan worth IDR 750 billion with a tenor of 48 months, as well as an overdraft credit facility of IDR 15 billion with a tenor of 12 months.

Thus, the total credit facilities received by BBLD throughout March 2024 amounted to IDR 1.26 trillion. (KR/LM)
