JAKARTA. The Indonesian government will auction 7 series of Government Debt Securities (SUN) on Tuesday (26/3) next week, according to information from the Directorate General of Financing and Risk Management (DJPPR) of the Ministry of Finance.

Of the 7 series of SUN that will be auctioned, 5 of them are State Bonds (ON) series FR and 2 of them are State Treasury Notes (SPN).

Coupons offered for the 5 ON series start from 6.25% to 7.12%. Meanwhile, the coupon offered for the SPN series is in the form of a discount.

The auction will be held using a system regulated by Bank Indonesia. All parties can submit purchase offers (bids) in the auction, through auction participants who have been regulated by the Ministry of Finance.

According to idnfinancials.com data, the Indonesian Government has held SUN auctions 6 times since the beginning of 2024. The total amount won by the Indonesian Government since the beginning of the year is IDR 141.75 trillion.

In the latest SUN auction which was held on March 13 2024, the total bids entered in the auction amounted to IDR 58.94 trillion. Meanwhile, the nominal amount won was IDR 24 trillion. (KR/LM)
