WOMF records consistent growth in dividend in three years
JAKARTA - PT WOM Finance Tbk (WOMF) will allocate dividend for the fiscal year 2023 of IDR 70.92 billion or IDR 20.37 per share. The dividend of 2023 issued by the company is 19.82% higher than the dividend distributed for the fiscal year 2022.
Based on the data compiled by IDNFinancials today (3/4), the dividend allocation is made based on net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 236.40 billion, retained earnings of IDR 1.11 trillion, and total equity of IDR 1.69 billion.
The dividend will be paid on May 2, 2024, to shareholders officially registered before the recording date on April 18. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to April 16-17, followed by the cum and ex dividend in the cash market on April 18-19.
Last year, it distributed dividend for the fiscal year 2022 of IDR 59.28 billion or IDR 17 per share. The net attributable to the parent entity was IDR 197.60 billion, while its retained earnings were recorded at IDR 944.76 billion and total equity reached IDR 1.51 trillion.
In 2022, WOMF also distributed dividend for the fiscal year 2021 of IDR 33.18 billion or IDR 9.5 per share. The net profit attributable to the parent entity was IDR 110.60 billion, while the retained earnings and total equity clocked up to IDR 768.98 billion and IDR 1.33 trillion. (LK/ZH)
