MPXL to seek investment loan of IDR 95 billion
JAKARTA - PT MPX Logistics International Tbk (MPXL) is seeking an investment credit facility worth IDR 95 billion. This company records a debtor with the highest amount of credit facility, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA).
In the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (24/4), James S. Chandra, Director of MPXL, mentioned that the plan to request for an investment credit had been approved by shareholders during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) yesterday (23/4). This plan was then agreed upon by 100% of present shareholders, representing 1.6 billion shares.
As of December 2023, this company recorded total liabilities of IDR 65.62 billion, consisting of short-term liabilities of IDR 24.51 billion and long-term ones of IDR 41.11 billion.
This company scored short-term loan facilities from numerous banks and non-bank financial institutions, including BBCA, PT BCA Finance, PT Mandiri Tunas Finance, and PT Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia.
The loan facility from BCA consists of 2 units of Mediternian Residences, a land in Banten, 43 units of company vehicles, and personal guarantee under Wijaya Candera. (LK/ZH)
