JAKARTA. PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (AALI), the subsidiary of PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) engaged in the palm plantation business, decides to channel final dividend of IDR 317.57 billion.

Mario C. Surung Gultom, Corporate Secretary of AALI, mentioned that final dividend per share that will be paid by the company is set to IDR 165 per share. “It is according to the result of AGMS on April 23, 2024,” he said in the official statement.

Prior to this, AALI had distributed interim dividend of IDR 157.82 billion or IDR 82 per share. Therefore, the total cash dividend for the fiscal year 2023 clocks up to IDR 475.39 billion or IDR 247 per share.

Based on IDNFinancials data, AALI scored net profit of IDR 1.05 trillion in 2023. At the end of 2023, it also recorded retained earnings of IDR 17.02 trillion, while its total equity clocked up to IDR 22.57 trillion.

As of now, 79.68% of AALI is under the control of ASII. Meanwhile, retail investors’ portion was recorded at 20.32%. (KR/ZH)
