JAKARTA. PT Multipolar Technology Tbk (MLPT), a technology company under Lippo Group, will carry out the distribution of cash dividend of IDR 200.62 billion taken out of its 2023 net profit.

Wiriawaty Chandra, Corporate Secretary of MLPT, said that the upcoming dividend is equal to 89% of the net profit of the company in 2023. “It is according to the result of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated April 25, 2024,” added Chandra in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

The cash dividend will be paid out to MLPT’s shareholders whose names have been registered by the recording date on May 8, 2024. The payment will then follow on May 28, 2024. The dividend per share is set to IDR 107.

According to IDNFinancials data, MLPT scored net profit of IDR 224.43 billion in the fiscal year 2023. At the end of last year, the company also reported retained earnings of IDR 413.9 billion, while total equity clocked up to IDR 713.75 billion.

As of now, 86.95% of MLPT’s shares are controlled by PT Multipolar Tbk (MLPL). PT First Media Tbk (KBLV) then owns another 7.42%, followed by PT Tyrane Saptajagat of 0.01%, and public investors of 7.42%. (KR/ZH)
