JAKARTA - PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE) distributed cash dividend for the fiscal year 2023 of IDR 64.25 billion, 45.05% lower than the dividend in the fiscal year 2022 of IDR 116.93 billion. The dividend allocation shrinks as the net profit slipped down.

In the information disclosure quoted Monday (13/5), Ayu Yusman, Corporate Secretary of TEBE, mentioned that the cash dividend will be paid on June 10, 2024, worth IDR 50 per share. The allocation is made based on the net profit attributable to the parent company of IDR 220.36 billion, retained earnings of IDR 672.52 billion, and total equity of IDR 1.08 trillion.

The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to May 20 and 21, followed by the cum and ex dividend date in the cash market on May 22 and 27. The shareholders eligible for dividend will refer to the official list by the recording date on May 22, 2024.

In the fiscal year 2023, TEBE records total dividend of IDR 134.92 billion. On September 29 and December 21, 2023, TEBE had distributed interim dividends of IDR 38.55 billion or IDR 30 per share and IDR 32.12 billion or IDR 25 per share.

Meanwhile, in 2022, TEBE allocated total dividend of IDR 149.06 billion, consisting of interim dividend of IDR 32.12 billion or IDR 25 per share and cash dividend of IDR 116.93 billion or IDR 91 per share. For the record, the net profit attributable to the parent company in 2022 was IDR 331.15 billion, while the retained earnings clocked up to IDR 182.09 billion, and total equity clocked up to IDR 1.05 trillion.
