Lautan Luas’s net profit grew 72.5% in Q1
JAKARTA. PT Lautan Luas Tbk (LTLS), an importer and distributor of chemicals for garment and good industry, booked net profit of IDR 87.53 billion in the first quarter (Q1) of 2024.
The net profit increased 72.5% year-on-year (yoy), or from the same quarter last year, which was recorded at IDR 50.74 billion.
LTLS’s net profit in Q1 2024 is in line with the revenue that reached IDR 1.91 trillion. The revenue in this period grew 3.5% yoy from IDR 1.85 trillion. In addition, the company also recorded higher other operating income and finance income, both clocking up tio IDR 80.85 billion and IDR 701 million.
The distribution business line was still the primary contributor of LTLS’s revenue in Q1 2024, with total income of IDR 927.98 billion. Then, income from manufacturing line reportedly arrived at IDR 922.81 billion, followed by services of IDR 146.53 billion, and an elimination of IDR 79.69 billion.
Until the end of March 2024, total assets of LTLS were reported at IDR 5.64 trillion, with cash and cash equivalent of IDR 399.8 billion. Meanwhile, total equity clocked up to IDR 3.03 trillion. (KR/ZH)
